The Plaza Residences is a 37-story luxury residential tower in Jakarta's Sudirman Central Business District, connected to the AYANA Midplaza Jakarta hotel complex. Units range from one- to three-bedroom layouts up to a two-story penthouse, with floor areas from roughly 71 to 415 square meters, and residents have access to over ten dining options, a gym, a spa, tennis courts, and a swimming pool, plus direct access to AYANA Midplaza Jakarta's five-star dining and hospitality facilities. The tower sits a short walk from the Setiabudi MRT station and close to the Semanggi interchange, within easy reach of Jakarta's CBD, major hospitals, and shopping destinations such as Plaza Indonesia. ALTA Integra's acoustic engineering scope addressed the noise and vibration considerations typical of a tall tower on Jl. Sudirman, in the middle of a dense, actively-developing CBD: road noise reaching the upper floors, mechanical plant noise from the building's own systems, and impact noise transferring between vertically stacked units. The work isolated living spaces from road and building-services noise and contained sound transfer between units and shared amenity floors, so residents get the quiet expected of a high-end apartment despite the density of activity around and beneath the building — a layered acoustic environment a quieter suburban residential project wouldn't need to consider at all. Because the tower operates as serviced residences alongside a five-star hotel, the acoustic brief also had to cover shared plant rooms, back-of-house corridors, and service areas near guest and resident floors, keeping mechanical and operational noise contained as consistently as between neighboring apartments. And because unit sizes span a 71-square-meter one-bedroom up to the 415-square-meter two-story penthouse — drawing a mix of long-term owner-occupiers, short-stay serviced-residence guests, and the penthouse's own separate access — the same isolation and noise-control standard had to hold across every unit type and usage pattern, regardless of how the surrounding floor is used on any given day.
