This policy explains what personal data ALTA Integra collects through altaintegra.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. ALTA Integra is an acoustic, lighting, audiovisual and building-physics consultancy based at Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, Tower 1, Level 3 Unit 304, SCBD Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 12190, Indonesia.

1. Data you give us directly

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, and, where you choose to provide them, your phone number, company or organisation, project type, the services you are interested in, and the content of your message. Suppliers submitting an introduction provide their company name, contact person, email, phone, product category and description.

We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to evaluate and carry out a potential engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our six design calculators are free to use and do not require an account. The first time you use “Generate” on a calculator, we ask for your name and email address, plus an optional marketing consent checkbox that is unticked by default. We store this as a lead record and also keep it in your browser as a signed cookie, so you are not asked again on a later visit. The signature on that cookie stops anyone forging the identity it holds. Where you ask a calculator to email you its result, the message always goes to the address held in that cookie, never to an address supplied elsewhere on the page. We record the IP address a lead is submitted from, to help prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.

2. Data collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with pages. The specific tools are listed in our Cookie Policy.

3. Legal basis and purpose

• Responding to your enquiry, necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• Analytics and site improvement, our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site performs.
• Security, our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse and attack.

4. Who your data is shared with

We do not sell personal data. It is processed by service providers acting on our behalf: Google (Analytics), Salesforce (Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, which receives contact form enquiries and calculator leads so we can manage and reply to them), and our hosting and email providers. These providers may process data outside Indonesia, including in the United States and the European Union.

Marketing email is opt-in only. The consent box on our contact form is unticked by default, and if you leave it unticked your enquiry is passed on marked as opted out.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the client or supplier relationship, and are then deleted on request. Calculator leads are retained on the same basis. Analytics data is retained according to the providers’ own retention settings.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Contact customer@altaintegra.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser, see the Cookie Policy, and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Children

This site is aimed at construction, design and property professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
