ALTA Integra delivered the acoustic and audiovisual design for DBS Bank's new fit-out office at Capital Place, Jakarta, working alongside interior designers M Moser Singapore and CDA International. The acoustic scope started at building-shell level: reviewing existing MEP noise, facade performance, and outdoor noise intrusion, then running final measurement to verify acoustic performance against Green Mark v2 Platinum certification requirements. In the open-plan office, the team set an acoustic zoning plan to cut distraction and protect speech privacy, in line with Green Mark's acoustic criteria. Boardrooms, meeting rooms, and huddle spaces were designed around Cisco Webex Telepresence, balancing visual layout and ergonomics against the acoustic privacy and speech clarity a video conference room actually needs. The town hall was built for flexibility — able to expand by opening a high-STC operable wall shared with an adjoining meeting room/music studio — distributing Cisco Webex video conferencing across the space through a Crestron audio system and a high-definition projector on a motorized lift. For the boardroom's video conferencing specifically, ALTA Integra ran computerized acoustic modeling and prediction — background noise, sound insulation/wall STC ratings, and reverberation time — ahead of construction, then commissioned the space to confirm Cisco Webex audio quality held up in practice.
