Completed in 2025, this net-zero-energy prefabricated house on Nemesu Avenue, Singapore, was designed with EVHO Living, the Italian architecture practice of Alessandro Lo Giudice and Sandro Giorgio. ALTA Integra worked on the building-performance side, passive design, acoustics, lighting, and thermal comfort, for a home built to a net-zero-energy target, with the project tracked against Green Building and Net Zero Roadmap benchmarks rather than a single certification checkbox. The whole building envelope was modeled and verified rather than assumed: an RTTV (Roof Thermal Transfer Value) of 6.14 W/m² and a roof assembly rated STC 57 for airborne sound insulation, around 40% better than conventional construction, with acoustic and thermal comfort designed into the prefabricated envelope itself rather than added after the fact. Passive design and lighting were treated as part of the same energy budget as the envelope: orientation, glazing, and shading feed directly into how much artificial lighting and mechanical conditioning the house needs to hold comfort, so the lighting design scope was worked alongside the thermal and acoustic modeling rather than specified separately at the end. For a prefabricated house, that upfront verification matters more than on a conventional build: once panels are manufactured, there's little room to correct an envelope that doesn't perform, which is why the RTTV and STC figures were established as benchmark data before construction rather than assumptions carried into it.
