Global Investment Bank · 2026 · Jakarta, ID

This Jakarta office for a global investment bank was designed in 2026 with M Moser Associates, the international workplace design and architecture firm, covering conference halls within a corporate fit-out built to both LEED and WELL Certification targets. The brief paired two performance certifications that don't always sit comfortably together — LEED's energy and daylight metrics alongside WELL's human-health criteria — inside a banking workplace that still has to read as calm and productive rather than clinical. ALTA Integra's scope spanned acoustic engineering, lighting design, and green building consulting, working alongside M Moser Associates on the daylight and acoustic performance of the space. Lighting was modelled through sDA (spatial Daylight Autonomy) and ASE (Annual Sunlight Exposure) analysis, balancing daylight harvesting against glare control, with artificial lighting layered in to maintain consistent illumination once natural light drops off through the day. Acoustic design was carried to LEED-grade standards, addressing speech privacy and background noise control across the conference and meeting spaces central to a bank's daily operations. Taken together, the aim was a workplace that meets the measurable targets both certifications set — daylight autonomy, glare exposure, reverberation and noise criteria — without the sterile, over-lit character that a purely metrics-driven fit-out can produce, keeping the space functional for its investment-banking tenants without feeling institutional.
