This global social technology company's Jakarta head office, delivered in 2026 with an interior fit-out partner, sets enclosed meeting rooms and focus spaces against open-plan floors, a town hall, a micro-kitchen, and a social area with its own bar. ALTA Integra's scope covered acoustic engineering and lighting design across those spaces. The open-plan floors run with exposed services and no suspended ceiling, so the absorption a ceiling would normally provide had to come from other surfaces. The enclosed rooms sit under a finished ceiling instead, which changes how each one behaves, and they were treated for speech clarity inside the room and for privacy between rooms that share a wall. The town hall, set out for all-hands sessions in front of a large display, fell inside the same scope. Lighting was designed alongside the acoustic work rather than after it, holding a usable level across workstations, collaboration corners, and the cafe while leaving the fit-out's strong colour palette intact. The result is a floor where acoustic performance does not fall away when someone leaves a meeting room for a desk.
