NICE (Nusantara International Convention Exhibition) PIK2 is Indonesia's largest MICE venue — 40 hectares in the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 business district, with 130,000 m² of event space split across public areas, commercial zones, and event-driven spaces. That mix demanded a single AV architecture that could scale across public information, branding activation, and hybrid collaboration without splintering into separate systems per zone. ALTA Integra designed a building-wide AV system on an AV-over-IP architecture, replacing traditional matrix-based analog signal routing with a network-centric one — scalable media distribution, flexible routing, and simpler expansion over standard network protocols, cutting cabling complexity while centralizing control of AV resources across the development. Hybrid meeting capability is built into the same infrastructure, with audio capture, speech intelligibility, and low-latency video tuned for interaction between physical and remote participants. Operation runs through a single centralized control system: one interface for audio distribution, visual displays, and meeting environments, driven by pre-configured scenarios rather than manual per-subsystem setup — cutting the training required to run the building's AV day to day.
