Nusantara TV Tower is a mixed-use broadcast and corporate building in Jakarta, completed in 2025 with architect Studio Transintrasia. The building runs daily news production, talk-shows, and live-to-air specials alongside corporate offices, an auditorium, and dedicated movie, music, and podcast studios — a broadcast facility and a corporate office tower sharing one structure, built toward a Green Building strategic target. ALTA Integra's scope covered acoustic engineering, audiovisual, and lighting design across the tower, coordinated as one integrated plan rather than separate briefs per room type. The broadcast spaces — news studios, talk-show sets, and the infrastructure for live-to-air specials — carry acoustic and AV demands distinct from the corporate offices and auditorium they share the building with, while the dedicated movie, music, and podcast studios each need their own acoustic isolation and internal tuning to operate independently of everything else happening in the tower on the same day. Running that range of uses under one plan meant treating the tower's acoustic, AV, and lighting systems as building-wide infrastructure rather than a set of independent installations: a production can be live on air in one studio while a podcast records next door, an auditorium event runs elsewhere, and office floors operate through the ordinary working day, all within the same integrated acoustic and technical framework.
