Green Building Advisory & Certification

Green Building Standard Certification

Although the long-term  effects of climate chane are uncertain, we know that sea levels will be higher, temperature rises, droughts longer and more widespread, and flooding more intense. Urbanization create more pollutant environment which lead to health threatened that lead to allergic, sickness, or even death.

These negative factors can be the threat for the operational of a company and food tenacity. Therefore, it is necessary to consider these factor in order to deliver equity in design.

Our green building concept adapt from three bottom line sustainability concept by John Elkinton: People, Planet, and Profit. We believe that we all have a responsibility to help shape the future that support a more sustainable living.
