How Work Begins

ALTA Integra briefs in person where possible. A description of the building type, its location, and which discipline concerns prompted the enquiry gets routed directly to the relevant discipline lead rather than a generic intake queue. Most replies go out within 48 hours, Jakarta time — the same responsiveness standard the practice holds itself to on active work.

Tools used to verify outcomes span CATT-Acoustic and EASE for acoustic modelling, DIALux Evo for lighting, and real field instruments — NTi XL2/XL3/M2210 for acoustic measurement, UPRtek and Sekonic meters for lighting — confirming installed performance rather than assuming it from the design model alone.
